Ken Daugherty retired from the Defense Mapping Agency where he was Deputy Director, the senior civilian position. After leaving federal service, he was Chief Scientist for two large elements of the Defense Aerospace Industry. Mr. Daugherty founded Geographic Services, Inc. in 2002 with Mr. Rafei and has led the Advisory Board since 2008.
