Paul Reid has over 30 years experience managing personnel and projects dealing with linguistic support and GIS. He retired from the Federal Government in 2002 after 25 years with the Foreign Broadcast Information Service, the Library of Congress, and the Department of Labor. He assisted in managing a multi-year, multi-million dollar Intelligence Community geospatial support contract for General Dynamics. During his career with the government Mr. Reid served several tours in Latin America and Asia, managing diverse multilingual staffs. He is a certified Project Management Professional, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Arts degree in history from the University of Virginia.
