Keyvan Rafei has over 20 years of experience at top-level management positions in private industry. Over the course of the past 20 years, he has been instrumental in building several new organizations from the ground up into successful and profitable entities. Mr. Rafei founded Geographic Services in 2002 as a geographic names analysis company. Mr. Rafei developed the existing management and Quality Control infrastructure and expanded the company from a geographic names production and analysis company to broader capabilities such as foreign language analysis, GIS analysis and GIS software as well as significantly expanded GSI’s customer base.
