The Quality System
The Quality System at Geographic Services emphasizes the prediction, detection, and prevention of quality concerns at the earliest possible opportunity to meet customers’ highest expectations. Geographic Services prepares all reports required by its customers and uses the feedback from periodic process audits to strengthen the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Systems. The Geographic Services Quality Assurance agenda is as follows:
- Monitor and provide for employee training needs
- Obtain certifications as required
- Modify procedures according to the results of program audits
- Provide Technical Evaluation Meetings (TEMs) to ensure quality performance
Geographic Services continually reviews the adequacy and suitability of the Quality System as necessary to meet customer requirements.
The Quality Policy
Geographic Services is committed to being an organization of the highest quality in every aspect of its business activity. The adequacy and suitability of the Quality Policy will be reviewed quarterly. The Quality Policy will be communicated to all Geographic Services Analysts through quarterly all-hands meetings and e-mail messages.
